Background: Proteins, as the ultimate players of cellular functions, are the root causes of diseases. Advancement of MS-Spec-based technology has greatly elevated our proteome-level understanding of cellular behaviors and diseases. In Foreseen, we believe in the future of our technology, which can "see" the proteome in an unbiased, deep, and broad way. We encourage the competitors to unleash the potential of AI for proteomics technology and applications in solving biological and clinical questions.


Challenge #1

Demonstrate how to use AI to better differentiate signal from noise in MS spectrum.
- Participants are encouraged to work with published datasets. If needed, original MS-spec data file can be provided by Foreseen.


Challenge #2

Demonstrate how to use AI and integrate multi-omics, including but not limited to genome, epigenome, transcriptome, proteome and metablome dataset to predict functionality of a gene in certain diseases; or to predict cellular behavior, or disease status etc.
- Participants are encouraged to work with published datasets.
